In my previous skincare post, we discussed the ways we can prevent dry skin in this winter chill. But, since this post, it has reached record lows in all of the United States. Weather advisories have stated the possible risks of hypothermia and frostbite when you have exposed skin. For instance, in Chicago, it has reached a new low of -50 degrees Fahrenheit, and homeless people are actually freezing to death. If we don’t act now, the death toll will rise.
