“I’m sick with a sinus infection, on antibiotics, and all that health-make-me-grow-back-crap. My boyfriend won’t come over because he is afraid, I’ll get him sick. What should I tell him?†—Female, 29, Long Island, NY

Tell him to suck it up and come over. You’re on antibiotics so you can’t get him infected, so that shouldn’t be a problem. Maybe he is afraid of commitment; when you get married you swear to love each other through sickness and in health; if he isn’t up for that then drop him and find someone who will care for you.
