2018: In Review

2018: In Review

It’s always a good time this month to reflect on the year you have had and to make goals for the rest of 2019.

I encourage you to fill out the following:

What did I learn from my experiences this year? Good and Bad.

What was my word of the year?

What ways can I take more control into my life this year?

What song made me the happiest, and what song made me the most emotional, and why?

What unhealthy habits will I leave in 2018?

These times of self reflection influence us to cathartically confront our past experiences and choices in a healthy and healing way. I encourage you all to confront your past, accept it for what it is, and move forward this year with your head held up high and your eyes on the prize.

Have a Wonderful New Year!

xoxo,

Maureen Tara Nelson
